Report on Anti-Corruption Measures Implemented in Q2 2025 by "Uzkimyosanoat" JSC and Its Affiliated Enterprises

Anti-corruption measures undertaken in the second quarter of 2025 by the Anti-Corruption and Compliance Departments of “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC and its affiliated enterprises were implemented in accordance with tasks defined by legislation and internal regulatory documents.
In particular, compliance monitoring and anti-corruption actions were carried out during the reporting period within the Executive Office of “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC and at the following enterprises: “Navoiyazot”, “Dehqonobod Potash Plant”, “Maxam-Chirchiq”, “Ammofos-Maxam”, “Uzkimyosanoatloyiha” JSC, as well as “Qizilqum Phosphorite Complex” and “Uzkimyoimpeks” LLC.
During the reporting period, 455 newly hired employees of “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC and its subsidiaries were screened to prevent conflicts of interest.
Additionally, 76 managerial and anti-corruption personnel underwent professional development. Among them, 50 managers were trained in the international ISO 31000:2018 “Risk Management” standard, and 26 internal anti-corruption officers completed a specialized in-depth training course via the Virtual Anti-Corruption Academy Portal titled “Ensuring the Effective Functioning of an Anti-Corruption Management System.”
Furthermore, more than 20 seminars and roundtable discussions were held by internal anti-corruption units at various enterprises, covering anti-corruption efforts and conflict-of-interest prevention topics, attended by over 850 employees who gained theoretical knowledge.
In line with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 12, 2022, “On Measures to Introduce a Rating System to Assess the Effectiveness of Anti-Corruption Activities,” data on anti-corruption efforts carried out over the past six months were uploaded to the “E-Antikor.uz” platform. The submissions from “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC and its affiliated companies were based on 29 specific indicators across 5 key areas.
Notably, on June 12 of this year, “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC successfully passed an audit conducted by the international academy “CERT International” and was awarded the prestigious ISO 37001:2016 international certification in the field of anti-corruption management.
During the reporting period, over 3,500 business contracts were signed under the framework of state procurement by “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC and its subsidiaries, all of which included anti-corruption clauses.
Through the trust channels of “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC and its enterprises, a total of 291 appeals were received from individuals and legal entities, including 12 related to corruption. Internal investigations were conducted on all cases, resulting in disciplinary actions against 10 employees.
Moreover, 52 planned control inspections were carried out within the system. As a result, materials from 24 cases were forwarded to law enforcement agencies for legal evaluation. To date, 20 criminal cases have been initiated, and investigative proceedings are ongoing.
The systematic anti-corruption work conducted throughout the second quarter of 2025 by “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC and its enterprises continues to strengthen transparency, accountability, and integrity across the sector.
